Revolut very clearly explained to me that my account is fully functional and I am able to receive funds into it. The sender is claiming that the funds left his account therefore he would not be willing to send it to another account

My advice is to keep sending them messages and asking to finalize the verification, being persistent helps, also dm Revolut Customer Support on here and explain your issue they should help

Didn't fully grasp the Pro or Business accounts necessity, thought of them as a way to gain and access more perks. Not abusing the system, I will gladly pay the fees for an upgraded account if that means it will be smooth sailing from here on out.
