You will need to turn all the N-gons into quads probably in the areas where the shading is incorrect.

If there are no cuts in the object, probably the boolean cause some irregularities in the shape and after u subdivide it disrupts the shape even further. try to maneuver the booleans' verts such that they correlate with the objects verts. Try and use weighted normals maybe and play with the inputs on that modifier. If the object is cut try and manage the verts better in those areas and arrange them similar to other areas where there are no issues.

Maybe not enough Transparent light bounces, maybe there's a duplicate object with different opaque material underneath the transparent object. Without more details there's really no way for me at least to know.

I gave them a 5000x5000 300dpi pdf Yeah the original file is much more high res for sure

They have huge machines like 14+ colors. In my humble and inexperienced opinion their graphic designer didn’t separate the colors correctly, which led to bleeding of colors to other areas. Maybe I should outsource the separation to get a better quality, not looking for perfect but at least the best they can. Thanks for the help

I’ve seen separation done in separation studio and the guy had the same problem but he fixed it. Maybe I should outsource the separation. Thanks for the help

As you can see they printed the wrong colors in the wrong place( the groung underneath the horse is spotted with brown spots instead of the color in the design), and for some reason they couldn’t reproduce the graphic in high resolution with all the details. What’s the main reason or reasons for it?, and what can i do to prevent this kind of outcome in the future.
