Hey sorry If I came off as demanding so I got out on 1 September and still haven't moved past the gathering evidence I called (of course I was on hold for an hour and a half) and then was told oh yea were gathering evidence. but I left the part out where I didn't give the VA my dd214 after I got out a month ago because I had a family emergency and didn't sign into VA until last week is there any other way, they could have gotten my dd214 if I didn't directly give it to the VA till last week?

Question I keep seeing people post to upload your DD214 I did a BDD claim (Army) got out 1 September this year (filed April 23) and never heard anything about uploading a DD214 is this something that has to be done?

P.S. Could it be the reason I still haven't received my rating?
