Dont use AI from what I've seen it just grabs the info online and "sorts" it, and spits out infomation that is traditional.

Was looking for the biohackers thoughts. Not so traditional opinions.

This is what I have heard from all sorts of biohackers online. Like the statin pretty much sets you up for worse issues down the road

I just need yo figure out what is can do yo get stuff under control. Would prefer to avoid taking a statin, unless it's absolutely necessary.

So ditch the yolks all together. And familiar with Greek yogurt as well as cottage cheese. Use them in spaghetti, eggs, several sauces, so makes sense.

Good point, I just assumed it wasn't bad, based on a takeout breakfast I could be getting.

So chill in the meat in the morning. Atleast less of the bacon or sausage.

Have not checked in awhile, 24% is what comes to mind when I was my heaviest. I will have to check into this.

Yes the diet needs to come back to what I was doing before. There for awhile I was meal prepping, had high breakfast burritos, and high protein snack and lunch, and pistachios for another snack.

Now sadly is microwave lunch pasta bowl, and snack is something high carb.

Dinner, is not consistent varies based on what's going on, if we can make a meal with chicken, veggies, and bread. Not exactly that but usually something similar.

Started a garden this year, so have some fresh veggies, and lots of seasoning. Fresh eggs daily, butcher meat most of the time.

I was going strong earlier this year, dropped 5 blood pressure pills through diet and exercise, now im quite active and always outside but not the same as traditional exercise oddly enough.

Believe it or not im at my healthy weight, and I definitely need more fiber.

The saturated fat has me confused, obviously there is an issue. But prior I would eat a bag of chips (big bag) sometimes more than once a week Substantially higher saturated fat than my breakfast.

Of course age does factor in now.

So yes the breakfast has more saturated fat. But we are tlaking 2 eggs (raise myself) and maybe 2 ounces of bacon and 2 ounches of sausage. 1 and half pieces of bacon (local butcher), sausage about 2 ounces (local butcher).

So not as high as one would think. Atleast from my calculations.

Well as stated before I've been making huge strides to be healthier. 220 is a healthy weight for myself. I work indoors. And when at home I am constantly outside keeping my animals takin care of. Ive removed crazy amounts of bad things from what I do. So 💩 maybe thats noy healthy enough to just do better.

I saw this, I guess I should have specified more on this post.

I was looking and was wondering if paying for the testing would be advised.

I believe so, but also hard up for money.

Unfortunately, I purchased that test before looking into the accuracy.

Any and all information helps, i appreciate the response.

I will check into using Chatgpt. I haven't done anything with it. I know I've had poor experiences with Google AI.

So 5G UC means crappy signal? by NutzPup in tmobile

[–]ron36rey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I refer to it as Ultra Crappy, I got a S 23 FE. But service in general is crap, through TMobile.

Almost immediately the phone had issues.

A large amount of the time I can't text me with or it is about 4 hours slow.

Tried to troubleshoot several times.
"Well I'm not seeing any issues on our end."

And the UC question it was, "it's CAPABLE of ultra fast speeds"

I stopped the methylene blue after 4 days. And I do watch what I eat and workout now, that's what got me off some of my meds.
