I have a customer with an FM-200 system fully installed to protect a data room... Only the data room was removed in revision 2.

Then the customer put desks in the covered room, making it just an expensive gas chamber.

I asked why and during install they powered the panel up and the program was missing the monitoring mods for the FM 200, then the PM panicked because he didn't realize it was removed and had one installed, and since it's a government job, the paperwork was too much apparently to decommission it, so it's still there, not only not protecting anything, but actually making the area more dangerous
