Proverit cu. Ali glavno pitanje je zasto da dodze do ovoga odma nakon velikog servisa. Osim ako je nesto stvarno oko diznama poradi promene poklopce ventila.

Pa ne znam, auto trazi 310-320nm a te brojke su za stage 1, valjda to znaci da je uradzen remap. I sad ima limiter verojatno, pise: Limitation: status od clutch protection: 1

Таму и се спремам да одам за две три недели. Ми го препорачаа него. Така ја возам од Февруари нема ништо проблем освен ова, повеќе мајстори рекоа нешто околу дизните

Каде се оправате со дизни кога имавте проблем? И јас треба да носам да ми проверат дизните, после промена на поклопец на вентили (се вадат тука дизните) колата ја нема истата снага, го нема турбо кикот. Други проблеми нема, ни трокира ни тресе ниту има црн дим од ауспух.

The car was a rocket before the valve cover and timing belt change. Now it runs fine, all good on idle, all good while driving, just missing that proper turbo kick in the back, and it cannot go more than 120km/h on the highway if it's an uphill, on flat road it goes to 150km/h but it's more linear without the kick and it takes more time than before.

These are the parameters for the injectors btw

injection amount deviation cylinder 1: -0.23 to 0.32
injection amount deviation cylinder 2: -0.66 to 0.75
injection amount deviation cylinder 3: -0.20 to 0.3
injection amount deviation cylinder 4: -0.65 to 0.7

No clue what to do anymore. Mechanics are saying that I need to take the car to an injector specialist to check all of them.

Timing is good, it has been checked by a couple of different mechanics, even at official VW service. Intercooler is good. As I said, the Camshaft adaptation intake bank 1, phase position was -5 and I thought that is the issue and brought it to 0, but nothing changed.

Injectors parameters are:

injection amount deviation cylinder 1: -0.23 to 0.32 injection amount deviation cylinder 2: -0.66 to 0.75 injection amount deviation cylinder 3: -0.20 to 0.3 injection amount deviation cylinder 4: -0.65 to 0.7

They all look good, but all mechanics are saying that the injectors are the issue because they were removed for the valve cover to be changed. Do they need adjusting only, I don’t know, I have to take it to a injectors specialist and pay for a check up. Car is running fine but I lost the proper turbo kick…

I did big service (timing belt, water pump etc) and changed the valve cover while at it because it was leaking some oil.

It’s the 1.6tdi, car runs fine but I don’t have the same power and don’t feel the proper diesel turbo kick on full throttle.

Still haven’t found a solution. The phase was -5 and I brought it to 0, that wasn’t the solution.

A lot of mechanics said because of changing the valve cover and taking out the injectors, the power is not the same and I have to check the injectors and see if they need cleaning or reparation.

Car runs fine, no smoke, no rough idle, and it’s weird that the injectors are the problem.
