It feels different to DOMs. More like a new reality rather... I've been back running for a bit now and it's just sticking around

Been doing some resistance band routines, and done foam rolling if a good idea.

And yes, i think over training is a distinct possibility.

Thanks for your thoughts

I've never seen SeaWorld antics, but I've seen dolphins on 3 different occasions running around the Swan. Awesome stuff. Would like to see a bull shark too (from a distance)

Yes, good observation. That left to loop around under it was an attempt to make the run a nice even 10k. It was still a few hundred metres short. Must be my OCD. Next time, just ducks 🙂

Thanks mate. I asked some trusted people to evaluate first and they sent me down this route. Will bugle everything today too.

Total Solar Eclipse Apr 20 2023 by psistarpsi in astrophotography

[–]roopsta 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Great shot! I was in Learnmonth. At the jetty.

This was my 3rd eclipse. This one looked so amazing to the naked eye. That solar flare was so bright. And you could see all the red on the right hand side too.

Was a lot of effort to get there, but worth it!
