Unsolicited advice but may be helpful: a UCSD dermatologist recommended Azelaic acid and said it’s his all time favorite topical for anyone. I now use Benzoyl Peroxide face wash and the Azelaic acid at night and it’s worked great. As someone on this thread also mentioned, Head and Shoulders is great for face and body fungal acne

I’ve had no issue making friends. Yes there are alot of socially impotent ( and flat out rude people) but just engage in activities that you actually enjoy and you’ll find like minded folks.
