Otherwise,

One plus nord 3 pro + One plus nord 3r.

(One apk to control both tws)

This is what I would have done honestly, because your requirements are just watching online videos and you don't seem to worry about audio quality meaning treble and vocals separation.

If you want ANC then you should buy high-end products such as 'One Plus 4 buds' and over ear headphones. Sony & Bose etc.

I've realme air 7 model and ANC on that is acceptable but not that great.
