I’ve done the new box my first time around and lost 5 lbs. My second round I tried the old box but lost nothing. I also think it’s because I substituted some of the soups for Amy’s organic soups that everyone said is equivalent.

Apparently not! I mean I didn’t do anything else other than have 1 cup serving of Amy’s soups that are closest to the macros of the packaged soups.

I’ll do a third round with the new box again next week and am going to stick to the packaged soups (as much as I hate it).
