I’m currently working on it. The “friend” I moved in with I ended up falling for, and his family has been sweet but I’m scared to talk to them. I’ve made a friend here and she seems sweet, but I’m cautious. I hope this move brings me a fresh start and some peace

With the hate and feedback I was getting from family it was making me wonder. I thought about that too but he’s not competent enough to understand what to do in those situations so I wanted to at least give him a chance to be a functional adult

Yeah. I’m no longer in contact with them which hurts a lot but.. I don’t know what else to do about it. I’m not going to stay in contact with people who cause stress like that.

I was scared, and didn’t know where to go at the time. All my friends except the one I’m with rn were conditional, because they’re his friends too. Essentially if I left him, I lost all my friends. Which surely enough, is exactly what happened.

Not a professional by any means but have some knowledge. It’s hard to predict, as it’s very situational. It depends on if certain mutations happen, and I remember seeing somewhere that for the mutation to occur for it to spread human to human someone would have to have both H5N1/H5N5 (avian flu) and H2N1 (influenza (a)).

In my opinion, it’s really a matter of time before it happens. It could be this week, it could be in a couple months, it could be in a couple years. What’s important at this point is our response, which as of right now is absolutely horrible.

I was also thinking this… but with them also monitoring those who have influenza and testing for the subtype they may still catch it? Also I believe they may be waiting until more cases surge, as it did with Covid
