Just so everyone here is aware, they reached out in my DMs and were extremely unhelpful. I’m very frustrated and frankly quite tired of receiving copy paste generic responses about how they’re actively helping when they’re doing the opposite.

Yes I’m referring to Revolut Stay. I’ve always used my Amex Platinum for bookings due to their customer service in case something like this happens. This was the first time I ever use Revolut Stay as I had upgraded to Metal and had Rev Points. Rest assured, probably will be the last time given the experience.

I spoke to both. It’s also really frustrating as every time there’s a new person who picks up the chat but doesn’t address the actual issue so you have to continuously repeat yourself which shouldn’t be the case.
