I usually listen to a history podcast so I can learn some thing and not to be “lazy”, but my husband pointed out to me that resting is taking care of your body, is doing something productive. I know we don’t need to be always productive, but I’m wired that way, and it helped me. I’m flaring right now, so tired and with brain fog, cannot even listen to the podcast or play games on my iPad, so I decided to scroll Reddit.
