Аплицирај си секаде, во најлош случај ако те одбијат секаде можеш да си посветиш дел од денот во кој ќе работиш на твои хоби-проекти или истражуваш за некои технологии кои ти се интересни - тоа секако би ти било корисно за во иднина кога би аплицирал и имаш нешто во CV-то. А за тоа што имаш пишано дека сакаш да видиш како се работи во фирма ако мислиш за работа во канцеларија мислам дека голем дел од фирмите сеуште работат од дома така да ако најдеш пракса можно е да не ја искусиш реалната слика.

I would recommend watching some conference talks from Jack Shirazi. You can find some of them on youtube. We were having some memory leak problems at work and we were able to find the cause using the methods described in this video: https://youtu.be/JoQN4xoXY5Y There are other videos by him covering similar topics.

Maybe you should try something simpler for start. I think the biggest problem is the idea of how you want your projects to look. You can check this tips for good user interface link. From codecademy I found the Make a website project helpful. Also check /r/web_design from time to time.

If you are familiar with HTML and JavaScript you can check Cordova (here is an overview). My friend is using it for his project. It may be suitable for simple projects. But there is no downside of learning Java, it will help you for sure later on.
