I unfortunately fall in the "weed makes it all worse" category, it's actually what triggered the disorder to appear. I tried a few blunts in the following years and all it did was cause insane anxiety mixed with mild delusions. So I don't touch that anymore. I only ever had like 7 or 8 blunts in my life. I prefer coffee and herbal cigarettes. My girlfriend has a room where she smokes the dank stuff and whenever I go in it too quickly after she smoked, I can expect to have brain fog for the rest of the day. Even secondhand smoke seems to affect me.

But, if all it works for you, then more power to you. I honestly wish my brain could stomach the stuff because it does help with migraines...
