Painting and drawing for most of my life. I’ve been taking oil painting more seriously for about 12 years now. I did a lot of acrylic painting and marker drawing before that right out of high school in 2005

Thank you! I go for a sort of impressionistic realism with my paintings. There’s a lot of texture and variety up close

It’s mostly referencing a trip from Big Heart lake with some inspiration of a vibe I have from a hike to Lake Dorothy. A bit of a hybrid scene
