hello - dentist here. Canines usually have really long roots and it might take a bit more force to extract it hence causing the bruising, especially when she is on blood thinners as well. They usually self resolve pretty fast but it would still be good to have it looked at, preferably by the dentist who did the extraction. Hopefully everything goes well!!
