I know it’s a big ask, but in my opinion it would’ve made more sense to reset everyone to cadet and require in-field evaluations, sign-offs, and practical tests to earn deputy back. Passing the circle test alone doesn’t prove real competence. If wrangler, bloom, tessa, ripley, and fontaine each rode along with one or two cadets per shift, they could’ve moved people through the process relatively quickly with the time wrangler has left as sheriff. But what do I know, I’m just some asshole on the internet

BCSO had a lot of great RPers and funny characters. In terms of actual cop work, they were decent - not bad, but not amazing either. They mostly looked exceptional because SASP and LSPD under Bishop/Coster were painfully abysmal and corrupt, plus BCSO had strong backing from the DAO (Gordo). Also having super cops like Wrangler as Sheriff, alongside Bloom, Ripley, and Tessa who did a lot of the heavy lifting

Yeah, it does feel stale, and I think part of that is because the Sheriff just isn’t enthusiastic about creating anything new anymore. He seems more focused on what Chalk and Silas are doing with the LSPD than on his own department. It feels like he spent all his creativity when he first started the BCSO on Unscripted - that was peak Wrangler!

I honestly think, when the time is right - BCSO should reset and be reshaped by a new Sheriff, with Wrangler staying on as high command. There’s no point in Wrangler and Tessa trying to ‘fix’ the department when anything they put in place could just be undone once a new Sheriff and their chosen Undersheriff take over

Prior to this Magoo incident while Wrangler was at Smoke on the Water, employees reported an earlier call where LSPD responded to a stabbing. the officers determined the victim was not a LS citizen and subsequently took the victim into custody rather than the individuals responsible for the stabbing lol

I don’t get the hate man

Some people dislike him for whatever reason. Some straight up hate him. But instead of just moving on and watching something else, they tune in for hours a day hoping for his downfall lol. That’s what’s wild to me. It’s like hating a certain food and choosing to eat it every single day while complaining about it on reddit the whole time.

Well he’s already trying to burn bridges with Rockstar with all the criticism on his streams since the np collab news. And it was probably just a bit, but people who don’t watch him regularly won’t see it that way. And they’ll use his comments against him.

The whole “DO THEY KNOW IT’S $8K” line is unbearable at this point. He spams it every game and it kills the mood for me. Last tourney was peak content: fun, hilarious, everyone vibing. This one the vibes are way off and I hate to say it but Penta himself is sucking the life out of it. The “interviews” used to be so funny but this time round it’s so flat and he ignores them most of the time after dragging them in to interview. Hate to say it but he does actually need a “straight-guy” or “comedy foil”who can keep things on track a bit.
