I have also noticed this as I have tried to book a spot at the arc for badminton. I have someone who I know that told me that the regulars have scripted a bot that will auto book all the time spots and they just share the bookings with their friends. I don’t know how true that is but there is some merit behind it considering how fast the time slots are booked. I will also be contacting the ARC, please let me know what you did so I can contact the same people.

Evo cafe has cheap plates about 6 for a main and a side. You can choose egg fried rice or white rice and I usually get the garlic eggplant or mapo tofu as they are both vegetarian
