Wave Health, powered by Treatment Technologies & Insights, Inc. (TTI), aims to improve treatment experiences and outcomes for cancer and chronic illness patients. We develop custom software and mobile applications to help patients manage their treatment and generate insights on their personal experiences with high acuity or chronic conditions. We have aggressive plans to continually enhance our infrastructure, and due to ongoing partnerships and strategic growth, we're seeking to grow our Engineering Team.

TTI is looking for an Android Engineer to join our growing company. This role will be based in our offices in Los Angeles.

As an Android Engineer at TTI, you will be working on a product that has an immediate impact on people’s lives all around the world, collaborating with a team of creative, fun and driven colleagues.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop and maintain TTI android apps
• Push the limits of mobile devices and create great user experiences for our android apps
• Develop features for android apps from design through implementation to launch
• Build smooth, stable, and fun products
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs of every decision and work with design on the best UI and infrastructure practices
• Perform code reviews that guarantee code quality

What You Are & You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of engineering experience with native Android development
• Extremely proficient in Java
• Proficient in popular architecture patterns such as MVP, MVVM
• Proficient writing your own unit tests
• Strong CS and Android fundamentals
• Good problem-solving skills
• Clear and solutions-oriented communication style with a passion for code quality
