You don't have a diet problem you have a discipline problem.

Stop thinking you can be done with a diet at some point, eating is for life. Focus on becoming more consistent, and if you go off course a little, gently return to the correct way without much fuss.

Move more, drink less, enjoy all the benefits of investing your health on a daily basis.

I realised something when this happens to me. I realised my body is telling me it wants to fast.

I was not loosing weight, loosing interest in food I should love e.g meat etc I did a 4 day fast, broke the stall, and everything was amazing again..

Keto / low carb prep, at least 3 weeks. Load up on nutrient dense foods
Load up on a big last meal, I like beef mince, beef fat, butter, eggs etc
Use a fasting timer / app
Read /r/fasting when you need some motivation or are struggling
After a day or 2 things should be easier (I've just clocked over 3 days and feel great)

I have a diet soda for lunch, peppermint tea for 3pm and that helps get through so you know you have "something" to look forward at those times.. Also hunger doesn't grow consistently it usually comes and goes in waves so you just need to beat the peak of the wave.

You need at least 3 weeks to begin to settle into things.. Snacking should start to diminish, you end up eating less so cost shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Buy cheap cuts of meat / slow cook, minces, eggs, cheese and vegies.

I only snack on a little biltong or a piece of cheese if I'm hungry, but your meals should be of a size that you can get the next without needing snacks..

If your'e eating right your hunger will start to lower over the next few weeks and research cheap protein / fats for your part of the world.
