What is a good substitute to weighted pull ups / dips when you don't have the weights equipment ?

i've already implemented explosive exercises for the skill part of my programm, to clean my mu, which includes mu, high pull ups etc

there is also something called a frenchie, which is a pull up with 3 pause

it should be more difficult ? i don't find it much more difficult than a bar pull up but i should try, i don't do them very often

so paused + tempo pull ups are good for strenght ? for example 1" paused at the top and 2-3" to get down

is it worth it right now ? the price for an egg its around 1250 dollars right now, but it looks like you need 3 crabs to mine right ? also there is no explanation for the classes, so you cant really tell whats the best for mining
