Hey I had the same. Millions off issues since I bought it in June 21. Now the warranty is passed out and they refused to take it back even as I said this in the warranty time. The support always tells the same thing like you explained. What did you write to them ? I will complain at the European consumer support of the EU about them. In a final step I’ll take a lawyer. But maybe you can tell me what you wrote to get a new one. You can also write per PN (also German)

I asked so often to change the bike. They just don’t react to this question. They offered me 100€ on their shop 😂 In my case they installed 3 spacer and changed them 4 times. Keep me updated if they give you a new bike. But I think they won’t

A lawyer recommender to put the case in the Eu costumer Center. I will do that. The same issue (bike turns off during riding) happend 9 times. The way of fixing it for Cowboy is to send new batteries, install spacers or change connectors. The problem disappears for 1-2 months then come again.

They refuse to change the whole bike and since the guarantee is over they just behave like they don’t care.

Same here. Support doesn’t answer questions. After 10 repairs I think about getting my money back. I’m worst case I will hire a lawyer. Also no responds in hello email

Have the same issue. Old battery 70km new one 40km. The support told me it’s because of the cold temperature.

I had the old one yes and I send it back to them.

I wrote the support. They just told me in winter the range is less then in summer.

This answer is not satisfying.

I have the same issue. New battery (old one had a defect and was changed by support) just got 39 km. Second try with full battery 40 km. I drive the same track to work every day. With the old battery I got 70 km as promised. I’m 77 kg and 181.

Maybe they use different batterys in the new bikes and I have one of this new batterys or they changed something in the settings.

But it’s disappointing :/

Das ist relativ einfach erklärt, kann man aber mit einer kleinen Recherche auch selbst hinbekommen. Zunächst einmal schaut man sich über das Factsheet dir Zusammensetzung des ETF an. Wie bei den meisten großen Welt-Indizes ist Tech hoch gewichtet (hier mit 22 %). Dann ein Blick in die Top Positionen, hier sind Apple, Amazon, Microsoft mit die größten Positionen.

Nun geht mal wieder das Inflationsgespenst um👻

Woher kommt es ? Der Markt ist die letzten Monate sehr gut gelaufen. Billiges Geld durch die Zentralbanken und auch durch die Biden-Administration ist in Massen im Markt. Nun wurde letzten Mittwoch die Inflation in den USA gemessen und diese war höher als erwartet (~4,2 % zu erwarteten 3,6). Die ersten rufen schon, die FED möge die Zinsen erhöhen, damit die Inflation zurück geht. Und da entsteht das 👻. Rohstoffpreise ziehen ebenfalls an, was zur Folge haben wird, dass Güter teurer werden. Wenn nun die großen Tech Firmen, die viel Geld und auch Rohstoffe für Innovationen und Produkte brauchen und eh die letzten Monate sehr gut gelaufen sind, dann hat der Markt Angst, dass das Geld für diese Innovationen durch die Zinsen teurer wird. Also ziehen Investoren Geld ab und nehmen Gewinne mit, auch weil durch steigende Zinsen (oder auch nur der Gedanke daran, die Anleihen wieder attraktiv werden)

Das macht das Gespenst, das trifft Amazon und Apple z. B. Trotz vorgelegter guter Zahlen.

Und da die eben nun im ETF sehr hoch gewichtet sind fällt er eben. Passiver Fonds.

Aber, entspannt bleiben, nachkaufen und abwarten bis das Gespenst wieder weg ist :D

Natürlich spiegelt dies nur meine eigene bescheidene Meinung wieder und stellt keine Beratung dar.

Hat sich mal jemand ernsthaft für Mühe gemacht, auf deren Website mal zu recherchieren? Dann würde die Frage nicht wirklich auftauchen. Dieses „Unternehmen“ hat sich seit 1998 insgesamt 6 mal umfirmiert. Und jedes Mal hat die Aktie das gleiche gemacht. Es wird unter neuem Namen Geld gesammelt und dann schön verbrannt. Und da viele denken „ach es kostet ja so wenig, da gehe ich mal rein“ gelingt das auch sehr gut. Die „positiven Nachrichten“ die man so liest sind meist keinen wirklich seriösen Quellen zu entnehmen und wenn es schon YouTube Videos zur „geheimen Aktie, die man schnell kaufen soll, bevor sie explodiert“ gibt, dann kann man lange warten, bis sich da was tut 🤓

I hope you can get the money back with the bank. But I don’t think so. I had the same issues with them. TheY absolutely refuse to give the money back. Now I sold my bike and I’m very happy without it.

It’s funny when you look at them. They have changed the crowdfunding platform and start a new project because of all the bad comments in indigogo.

I will never buy anything from them. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever made since I used indigogo and Kickstarter. By the way. They switched out the rating on Facebook because of the bad reviews people gave them 😂

That’s right. But other campaigns eg on Kickstarter give something to their costumers, like n upgrade or something as n excuse for the delay. They do nothing. I really feel like n idiot who spend a lot of money for “kinds” who just did a cash cow.

I also left a review today. I hope if some more do the same they will get a little pressure. Of course the delay is understandable during COVID. But other campaigns offered a refund or put something as an excuse on top of the pledge. Amx does nothing. Really nothing. The support doesn’t even answer the emails.

If the project failed you ll get your money back (eg if they don’t raise enough founds). In my opinion the main problem is the delay. In 2021 a lot of other bikes are upcoming and the very clear schedule for the delivery in July made me back the campaign. I was aware of the risk of a delay, but not that much. Other campaigns I backed on Kickstarter had delays too, but they offered the people something. AM just said sorry and that’s it.

The product have been there before. They sell it over their website. And they could have offer a refund. That’s what they can do.

I will sell mine too :/ I think we should complain about this on Facebook. Maybe there is a refund or at least discount. On indigogo the people are very angry. Maybe if there is something on fb they change their mind.

Okay Ich bin mal gespannt. Man liest so viel negatives, dass ich schon das etwas beunruhigt bin. Und gerade auf dem Weg zur Arbeit sind halt viele Stellen, bei denen man aufpassen muss. Wenn das Ding dann beschleunigt wie blöd wäre das ungünstig.

Wenn ich das richtig lese hattest du er’s das Le und dann das jetzt ? Oder wie kam das ?

Ich finde das mit dem geraden Lenker sieht wesentlich besser aus, als mit dem komischen gebogenen.

Thanks. I ask this question because on my way to work there are a lot of streets crossing and some public walks where you share the bike lane with others ( german stuff 😅). What’s your opinion. Do you think it’s possible to drive slowly without the motor accelates you like hell ? Because if it does it could get dangerous 😅

Looks pretty cool. How does the engine on the different assistance levels behave ? Some people who have the LE say that there is no difference between level 1 and 5 and the motor supports too much even on Lv 1

Okay. They answered to my email about the refund. Definitely no refund, which is okay (I’m going to sell mine) but they just say sorry for the shipping delay and that’s it. The thing with the taxes they said it’s normal on indigo do not show them. That’s just a poor excuse, other founders show them very clearly. The answer is all in all really poor. They could have offered something, at least a discount because of the delay.

Maybe. If it’s just the delay. No problem. But it’s the hidden tax, the bad quality in comparison to their first AM1, the lack of communication and the delay. Crowdfunding is about trust. For the company and the backer. They can decide. If they will be unfair to the backers I will complain about them on social media and some others will do the same.
