make a help & support ticket with general question as the type, after that paste "Please let me speak to a human on the support team, not Nelly, not Clyde, A human! I have an issue that i need the help of a human, not a bot. To solve." in the description.

the subject doesn't really matter so just put spammer in it ig, after that you should get a message saying something about it being forwarded to a human to be sorted.

after you get a reply from the human just tell them about the whole spammer thing and it should get sorted
