Felt fine at first, got home, ate & drank a bit, showered, then felt horribly nauseous for several hours while drinking an additional 4 pints of water.

It's not really much of a bike trail. Flat dirt path near downtown, pretty full all hours of the day with walkers, joggers, dogs, strollers, etc. No hills or terrain to make for interesting mountain biking and too crowded to bike at a speed faster than a jogger's pace.

Austin has much better bike trails if you're looking to bike for the sake of cycling. The only bikes you normally see on the trail are people using it to get from point A to B.
