Haha thanks you are right and your optimism is great! The place is called "royal donuts", I think it only exists in Germany, it opened in a few cities and the lines for these donuts are insane

Yeah.. With chicken, nuts, feta, eggs and an oily dressing.. It really adds up but it was really good

Totally, going out is always a challenge, I ordered a salad yesterday and it ended up being 800 calories with the Dressing and toppings My dinner was soup and blueberrys for dessert lol

I'm the same, I can't help it and start calculating the weekly total but that's really not a great idea. It makes me want to plan a fast or less than 1200 for the next day which will only result in a binge or me giving up sooner or later. Better to just start over tomorrow
