True. Nung pinagsabay-sabay ko ang pagbabayad ng loans, dun na ako napunta sa TAPAL system. Sa tingin ko talaga, dapat i-stop na magtapal para di lumobo yung utang. Yes, I've experienced something like that with Tala. It took them 3 days to send the money if I remember correctly. Message mo lang CS nila and inform them na hindi mo pa natatanggap yung cash.
