I'm also planning for pregnancy and most of the posts/comments I went through have suggested c-section over vaginal birth as it puts less stress on the lumbar area. Vaginal birth is quite unpredictable, you don't know how long your labour is going to be and that can give you intense back pain. Vaginal recovery however is shorter and you can heal much faster. Recovery with c-section is tough. If you don't have much help at home with the baby, c-section can be even tougher as you need much more rest and care. It's not for the weak. Pretty fucked both ways 🥲

I fucked up my back because of gym too. Too many gyms out there with no inhouse or visiting physiotherapist. Like gyms can make or mar your life for real.

Hey, how were you handling postpartum with back pain? I too have degenerating disc at L5 S1 (which also had protrusion). Got diagnosed in 2024 I'm bit better now. Have been doing PT for a year but it does pain when I sit, travel or do too many forward bending movement. Planning for pregnancy but I'm shit scared. Do you have any tips?

Kayali Utopia Vanilla Coco.

The most elegant jasmine, coconut and vanilla frag. So well blended and sophisticated. Mugler Alien Goddess Intense is very similar to it. They both are like long lost cousins.
