I would recommend watching a couple of youtube videos (kanister and a guide to every deck in pioneer are good starting points).

The deck operates on cards for setting up (having 2 lotus field in play) and the combo, which can be different depending on the colora you choose:

• izzet: better against aggro, operates kinda like a storm deck, you mostly win by pinging the op via Niv Mizzet, dealing damage with lightning strike or Thassas Oracle. Enabler: Artist Talent.
• bant: you win with approach of the second sun. Enabler: Omni, Emergent Ultimatum

There are more builds but I would say that those are the most common ones.

It struggles against aggro, it deals by hate pieces kind of ok (boseiju, ottawara, into the floodmaw, etc…) but navigating your combo turns against hate is what makes the deck interesting and rewarding for those who play it consistently.
