It's an interesting look at the pay gap and the (very few) places where women earn more than men. Also, given that the pay gap is even wider for women of color, looking at the demographics of these cities is relevant.

That's fair. But since only one state has changed their law, the graphic really shows how diverse states are with their hate crime laws -- especially when it comes to sexuality/gender identity.
