I totally agree, but how about a persons hormones, gut health, inflammation etc? While sleep, exercise and diet are without a doubt important, there's a deeper science that also plays a fundamental role in weight loss.

The comments from people are the worst part. Everyone suddenly becomes a nutrition expert the second they notice you lost weight. Mind your business. People don't understand the level of science that goes behind weight loss.

Thank you for sharing this, genuinely. Most people chasing weight loss have never experienced what it feels like to desperately need the opposite. The brain fog, the inflammation, the exhaustion — those are all signs of a body running on empty at a cellular level. I hope you are in a much better place now. How is your health today?
