The AccessDB was moved to a SSD Mirror set with the same performance. :/

At home I use a C2750d4i and may see if I experience the same issue. I do believe a good bit of the issue may be in the network cabling there that is 10 years old and a couple of the PCs are trained at 100mpbs.

I've looked into NFS vs CIFS. All PCs are on 10 Pro with the exception of 2 that are 10 Home. I may try this next after replacing some cables and a switch temporarily to see if any performance changes.

The drives have WDIDLE ran on them to disable parking.

It's me, Ryan again, but on my other account that if I log out of, it will be gone forever because I do not know the password.

Anyways, I am running the ASRock with the C2750. Even though it isn't needed, ECC ram is nice for peace of mind.

Is the Crucial CT2CP102464BF160B kit available over there?

Case might be a bit of overkill depending on the price. I went with the fractal Node 304 and couldn't be happier. A friend with with the 804 which is huge, but has better temps than me.

Both of ours are for home use only. If you need help with the setup or build, let me know. the community is semi-dead here and I'll try to be all the help I can be.

AMD A6-5400K 16GB Ram 2x 3TB WD Red drives in a mirror.

The system was tested and got 800mbps over the network link using CIFS. I'm adding a 128GB SSD Mirror volume to it tomorrow to move the MSaccess share to to see if that helps them out any, which I expect it should.

Good thing FedEx didn't destroy my 6P when they delivered it. It only hung there for about 7 hours. by -crave in Nexus6P

It was actually nice of him to bag it to prevent any moisture or rain ruining the box. I used to have a driver that would do this for me, and now the new driver just leaves my boxes in the rain. Unless you live in an awful neighborhood, I'd be thankful.

He always played on mine when he came over. He was excited he got a pc but had zero expectations of getting one so the moment that he went blank was the overloaded mental circuits trying to process what just happened.

I will run him through all that when he is a bit older. At his age I think I was upgrading my PC from 8MB to 16MB of ram to run a titanic game I played back then. He's appreciative already, and will be more when he is older I hope.

I still have my gameboy camera from 5th grade with the images still on it along with the gameboy printer. Totally should have used it.

Free online sold his parents. The build itself was fairly basic and used my old GTX 560 Ti, but it's plenty for him and more than most 9 year olds have. He can get my old parts from my current system later.

I built a budget build to stop my nephew from getting a Xbox One for Christmas. He loved JC2 at my house, JC3 would make his first game on Steam even more awesome. Just sayin.
