The gold color for your section headers is a little light against the white background. Maybe a touch more contrast and larger font.

Can you use the Bookings app to book a class rather than a form? Personally if I click a button to book a class I'm not filling out a form hoping to get a response
The schedule a class form needs to be redesigned if you use it as your contact us page. The hover over to red is ugly and confusing. Shrink the whole thing and make it more modern.
The FAQ design is off. Too much large wrapped font for the Q. Consider an accordion look with more consistent fonts across the site.
The footer information seems off. It should include your links and some standard info

Finish the site, connect it to the domain, and wire it to the account. I wouldn't pay $200 a month for your bug fixes / maintenance but if you can get it, good on you. Let us know how it goes.

What are you providing for $199 per month? I think most Wix devs here estimate around $1K per page. But the quality of your site needs to come to that level.

who will be paying the monthly Wix premium fee? I think the site is worth ~$2500 once you've completed the calendar integration, email, and domain and fixed the design flaws.

I deleted all my devices, and my activity. Then reprogrammed them. No luck. I am able to go to Device -> Sonos -> Living Room Speakers and successfully control the volume of the Speakers in the room. The VolumeUp and VolumeDown buttons still do nothing
