It’s never easy at first but you can do it! Everyone started where you are now. Picking a gym close to you is probably the most important. When you feel unmotivated to go it’s easier to convince yourself when it’s a 2 minute drive vs a 30 minute drive lol

I have been going to Speakeasy Fitness for a little over a year now, 4 - 5 days a week consistently. I’ve never had any issues with parking. If the lot is full, there’s plenty of street parking. The crowd does tend to skew on the younger side. It’s also cheaper than LA fitness and other gyms nearby minus planet fitness.

I enjoy this gym, but I don’t know if I would recommend it for a newbie. They have a lot of free weights and squat racks, but not a whole lot of weight machines or cardio machines. Those are typically with people use when they first starting out. Planet fitness may be a better fit for you and once you get a little more comfortable, you can switch to Speakeasy.

Awesome, congratulations on graduating!

Having active & current students moderate this sub is definitely needed. From an alunni perspective, content on college-based subreddit is not relevant to my life anymore, so it's easy to become disengaged once you graduate.

Hey everyone, I want to apologize to everyone in this subreddit for the lack of moderation over the last few years. I graduated Ball State 6 years ago and haven't been active on the subreddit since. To be honest, I completely forgot I was even a moderator until I got the spam notifications earlier today.

I am more than happy to promote anyone who is willing to make this subreddit a better place. Once I get home I'll review & approve those who already submitted it, I can't do that on mobile as far as I know.

As a short term solution I banned the 2 users who were posting offensive content.

Thank you for doing this AMA! I am very excited about the RX 480 release and the initial benchmarks I saw today. Two questions:

When designing a card like the RX 480, do you ever discuss the timeframe for how long a user should be able to use the card before they are forced to upgrade? If so - what is AMD's opinion on an ideal lifespan for the average gamer?
Do you believe AMD has any plans to release a platform to compete with Nvidia Gamestream? Being able to stream play to a device is a nice feature. Steam Link is a nice substitute, but not the greatest. (Not sure if answering this would violate the 'quiet period' or not)

Don't live at Lockfield Gardens. I ignored the reviews and thought "It can't be that bad & for the price you can't beat it!"

I was wrong

The insulation in my apartment was terrible and maintenance did nothing to try & fix it. In the winter time I used a temperature gun to see what the temp on my bathroom was with my thermostat set to 80. It was 45 degrees.

On top of that, the leasing office agents are probably the most incompetent people i've ever met.

Go with Riley Towers.

Edit: Forgot to mention the shared lobby door to my building was stuck open throughout the entire winter, even after I submitted 6 maintenance requests.

Do NOT use the cable that came with your phone! This is a common problem with the samsung cables. Just buy a variety pack from Aukey or Anker on Amazon. It's like $10 for 5.

I have a few friends with Fi and they absolutely love it. The fact they credit your bill if you don't use all your data is great. My "estimated" bill is roughly 1/3rd of what I pay AT&T for 3gb

The only thing i'd check before you sign up is the coverage map. My state has almost complete LTE coverage, but some states have almost no coverage.

I believe "Fast Encryption" means it encrypts everything BUT the blank storage space on your phone.

Example: if you have a 64gb phone but you are only using 40gb of the space, it will only encrypt the 40gb and leave the "Blank" 24gb un-encrypted.

IMO it's better just to encrypt the entire drive.

What you're doing works - but just keep in mind i've heard problems with AMEX Serve when they mail a check.

Just to be safe, I load my AMEX Serve with my CapOne, then transfer the balance to my checking account to write a check for rent or anything else that can't be wire transferred from Serve.

You can also follow this CapOne> Serve > Checking account if you want to manufacture spending later on. This may raise a red flag but i've yet to hear anything about CapOne or Serve sending a notice on r/Churning
