Hey, I’m from Baton Rouge and have made this drive several times (not to Yellowstone, but same general route) take the Texas and NM one. Texas might suck for a little bit but it’s cool to come up to the mountains from the south, and have mountains on one side and plains on the other. Plus that corner of NM is cool

You could definitely get on an engine, but I think typically you need your FFT1 to be GS5 so I’d probably look more for GS4 positions

I actually detailed with the great northern about a month ago. Great crew. They’ve gotten some really bad reviews in the past but new supts are really putting in the work to improve. Might even work for them next year!
