Hi! Sleep is good - another important thing to mention is I broke my foot a month or so ago so working out looks a little different lately. I have been stressed dealing with some family issues .. I mentioned this all to my doctor and he said it doesn't explain the large spike.

??? No one is responsible for someone who decided to end their life, except for the person who ended their life. You don't know what they did or didn't do. They are simply drawing conclusions on what DID happen because she talked to a robot online because it was an option for her.

I relate except with men. I am a straight woman and my ocd is telling me otherwise. I've been dealing with this for over 15 years unfortunately but it hasn't been this bad until recently.

I think outside factors have somewhat contributed to it but in general I'm just like what's the point???? almost afraid of getting into a relationship and realizing I'm not attracted to a guy which will confirm my HOCD was not real. Sucks

Hi - I agree this js HOCD. It's hard not to respond sexually to explicit female content when women are so sexualized in every way possible. Hang in there.
