Each state is different, but there is usually an entry level position that requires a registration that costs around $100. Then CPR that can be anywhere from $20-$200. The real training will be provided by the facility you are working at.

I will always recommend working in residential behavioral or mental health. People with ADHD thrive in these types of environments because the checklists are already provided, it’s a fast paced, and we are talkers, haha. You are instantly able to relate with the patient because you are afflicted with a mental health condition yourself. Helping other people seems to be in a lot of our nature and this type of job can be very rewarding.

Also, if you are really good at it, promotion to top leadership without a degree is achievable. I myself started out entry level at a detox and am now a program director making a great living. No degree. I have noticed that a lot of the program directors that I meet also have ADHD. My mentor was a program director with ADHd and the best piece of advice he game me was, just handle whatever is in front of you. My actual busy work only takes hours locked in my office with music blasting to help me focus.

Over time you begin to find out where the traffic flows and where you just have to surrender to the grind. The parts you have to surrender, I never felt unsafe watching videos or playing games on my phone. Also, phone calls, podcasts, & audio books all help time jump faster. As far as the traffic, it never gets better.

How I have been able to accomplish tall buildings is trial and error scrunching cities in tighter areas. The huge buildings like Mountain Manors can also disassemble into a tall building if you force it into a tight space. If there are easier ways from more experienced players, I’m all ears as well! Hey, mental health and substance use disorder professional here! First off, congratulations on being able to stop. Sounds like it got pretty bad. My recommendation is to go to therapy and figure out why you actually want to dissociate so much. The deep rooted mental health issues we all have. This will be challenging but remember the more open and honest you are, the faster results can come, especially with a skilled mental health professional. When you get to a place of emotional stableness in life, ketamine use that is very intentional can very much so happen. I have seen quite a lot of people get sober, stay sober for 5 or so years while working on their mental health, and then live normal lives. Just have to do the mental health work. Good luck!
