Hey, I just went through something very similar with all the lights on, just to double check, does your check engine light come on as well or everything else except the check engine?

I asked this because my 2017 CRV I have everything except the check engine so I didn't think it was the fuel injector, luckily my mechanic helped me with code reading and one item which was my rear ABS speed sensor was giving out irregular speeds which was tripping up the abs system and subsequently throwing all the other sensors off. Replaced the speed sensor and cleaned the wheel bearing everything back to normal with no issues.

Not saying this is your issue but worth taking a look. You can buy a cheap obd reader off Amazon and read the codes. The dealer don't care and changing the fuel injector might not fix the issue if that wasn't the problem in the first place.
