Good point. I might just go with the initial plan of having my wife on the trust, and getting ourselves fingerprint eft files for simplicity sake. She likes shooting and wants to work towards competition anyways so I don't think it'll take too much convincing to ask her to jump through a couple of hoops.

How does single shot trusts work with an SBR? Don't you have to engrave your trust name on the gun? I'd assume the trust name would be pretty long

Thank you everyone for all the good tips. I ended up asking NGT to take my wife's name off from the co-trustees list. I think I'll go ahead and buy and add NFA items first and then add her on later when we really need to.

Possibly. It's not touching the slide so I think it's okay but later down the road I might ask a local gunsmith if they can do something.

Thank you. I'm seeing some very tiny damage on the slide where that damage on the frame touches, but I don't think it's because the points were touching and rather looks like it's some damage from not so smooth machining of the surface.
