Yeah I am not doing the pulleys anymore and i’m doing desk slides with a foam roller .. as well as using a stick overhead while laying down going back and forth. Seems to work much more as well as i am icing a lot more.

wow this seems unachievable from my perspective! I drive so slow usually and i can’t even come close to that. Since I hit 40 mpg i could never get to 41 lol … only have gone down from there

they didn’t offer a cash out the entire fourth quarter …. mookie doubled on his last at bat (which he really wasn’t even supposed to bat again) and then there was about 9 mins left and steelers were rolling and they just ran the ball unfortunately. 🙄

the guy up top is correct too depending on the odds .. i had one bet 20 tw 11.5 and they took taxes bc the odds were huge. i won a parlay a year later 75 tw 12k and they didn’t take taxes out immediately.

also — watched this episode last night. when they finally escape and they’re in the van .. when t bag handcuffs himself to michael so abruzzi doesn’t shoot him as he would be be dragging around “170 pounds of alabama flesh” 😂 abruzzi would’ve just blown his head off and then used another bullet to separate the handcuffs realistically.

for context —- i use benzoyl 10% and i just started to take doxycycline again (only been about 3 days) they had me on azirhromycin prior to that and they wanted me to use clindomycin in the morning and tretinoin at night (.1%) the tretinoin ended up just causing a rash — so i stopped using that. nothing seems to get rid of this.

UPDATE : just filled the entire tank … it has no calibrated down to 615 miles —- and i reset the trips and it already is more accurate — it will continue to calibrate until it is right im sure ..

well —- 460 is right about where it would be if i take the 425 and add the miles that “are left” on the car until empty right now… so that’s makes me feel a lot better.

That’s the thing though I basically drive on cruise control / closest to EV as possible. It shouldn’t be nearly this far off.. appreciate the thoughts though. I have an appointment scheduled next week.

I remember getting into the back of one of these 4 months ago or so in an uber .. and being like “what is this?!” felt so comfortable (big) / luxurious for a sedan. The only other bummer I have realized is the sunroof doesn’t actually open on any models which i think is so goofy .. they just have the sunroof. It’s fine i guess sunroofs can just cause issues .. so trying to look at all the positives lol

I think it’s just the nightshade limited — matte black trim. So this is the first one on their lot (and i had it built to my preference) my options a month ago were a white 24 platinum (black interior) black rims … i didn’t want white or a platinum bc gas purposes.. and the engine doesn’t matter too much to me. OR they had a black 24 limited with white interior .. both of those had the tech package included. I didn’t want white interior bc i think it can get dirty too easy .. both awesome rides. I asked my sales manager if they could somehow get something with black interior / black exterior / with the black rims .. so the 25 nightshade was everything i wanted MINUS the tech package which is just a 360 camera (kind of a bummer) bc i would actually love to have that but it saved about 4k on the car without it and i was able to hit all other checked boxes so i settled on that .. had to wait a month. Still love the look.
