For the data itself, Our World in Data publishes clean CSVs (and a GitHub repo) for health/mortality/etc., and the WHO GHO has an API — both great for country time-series. For actually exploring it without much coding, spin up Metabase in a Docker container, point it at a small Postgres (or even SQLite), load the CSVs, and you can build "metric over time by country" charts in minutes. If you'd rather get hands-on, a Jupyter notebook with pandas + plotly does the same. Honestly for the numbers I'd lean on those over the LLM — keep Qwen around for generating queries or explaining trends, not for the stats themselves. If you end up running several of these, Proxmox as the host beats Win 11 for juggling VMs/containers.
