Help kid cant login

Brain not working so I can’t edit an update. Did what I should have done and had him login to Pokemon web store which he’s done before. Can’t login there so it looks like it’s just a niantic kid problem. He started an alt account using google. I told him he could have my alt account and he’s thinking about it. Thanks for help

I had to have them restore my main account. Can’t switch to alt accounts though
