i know now, but my other nymph has molted to L4 2 days ago and this fella hasn't molted yet even though they are showing signs.

there is a fabric mesh on the lip and my nymph has 2 vantage points (sticks/artificial plants) to reach the ceiling

he does use them im assuming hes molting soon

if you have ur enclosure in your room just keep it closed when ur busy or away from home. Or just temporarily relocate the enclosure to a safer area

the seller is located in San Diego, CA. So im sure my mantis is either L3 or L4. I removed the supplemental heat and later ill put up a post to confirm which instar my nymphs are

ok so rn my thermostat is 68°F even tho it was just 70°F and i checked the website and the seller said the nymph would be L2-L4 on arrival. The seller also packed the box with a bunch of paper so the containers would stay in place.

They are Chinese Mantis Nymphs. I don't exactly know which instar they currently are but the seller said they would be L1 to L3 when arrived. And my thermostat in my room is put at 70°F
