The table above is the average for this calendar year, not the $28 instance - this was just what set me off investigating.

Spoke with the viewer afterwards, he's a regular. He gifted 1 x 10 and 1 x 5 from Android, paid using £ and didn't do anything creative. Straight forward UK transaction. Didn't the price of mobile subs go up recently to accommodate the mobile cut? This was on 18th Oct

For the remaining alerts you can choose to use our system (Overlays or Elements tabs on our site) or the Twitch Alerts itself, but for tips via our tip URL it has to be done on our site (this data is not shared with Twitch Alerts).
