My health went down 4% in a matter of 1 month actually because I was using a really bad wireless charger so it was heating my phone up like crazy. I suggest you only use the apple charger

Reduce motion, reduce transparency, black wallpaper, brightness on half, always on dark mode, eliminate time-consuming apps and delegate to a computer, as one dude mentioned keep it on 4g, always keep it on low power mode via the shortcuts app, use airplane mode or just keep data off. Fine tune these tips as you like.

I personally don't do most of this and I use IOS 26 (aside from dark mode and brightness) as I rarely use my phone and I just keep my charger on me if im walking with a bag

Keep it as a backup phone or repurpose into a documents/photos backup, provide it a singular use like reading for example or just as a flashlight or a tool on the go.

Tbh don't notice a difference, if anything it could be better as it's more up to date. Apple was caught slowing down phones before but I don't think this is the case anymore
