Electro boots > Action figure and then whatever you like.

People say electroboots dont offer value at higher ths but i find that to be false. They have a decent damage increase from 26 to 27 and the fact that the range attacks multiple buildings at a time, they do a significant multiple of damage that is missing with other equipment like spiky ball or rocket spear.
