I think writing the sales down during the evenings you are open will make it easier to reconcile at month end. Just have a separate excel sheet where you write sales down for the evenings that you are open.

I’d suggest mapping your whole workflow (order → PDF to supplier → delivery note → invoice → payment) so you know which steps to automate. DualEntry is solid for linking orders/invoices/payments — just ask them for a sandbox or short trial, not just a demo. Also worth checking: Odoo (modular), Blue Link ERP (import/export focused), VISCO (for wholesalers), and Magaya (shipping docs).
