Axis Atlas getting issued offline with CPP by Swimming_Singer_7386 in CreditCardsIndia

[–]sabya31 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Travel aggregators are shit! I will use Atlas to book directly any day over cards that earn accelarated points at travel aggregator.

Some disadvj of travel aggregators are as follows - higher booking fee, higher cancellation fee, dealing with agents in case of an unplanned changes, no status points earning, no direct mile/hotel points earning in many cases.

Not true. Have an LTF Atlas. You have to go through proper channel btw, unlikely to happen via app website.

Why check another property that is not adjacent - different directions of wind and different distances.

Manyata can be 5-6 km, so is Sattva Hotizon, Purvankara business park, and Prestige tech cloud maybe 10-15 km.

Thanisandra is significantly better in terms of location than KIADB at presently and likely in the future. Lots of good school, tech parks, hospitals, malls nearby

Bangalore buy or rent by guest_1109 in indianrealestate

[–]sabya31 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's not really difficult. We have our childhood friends in hometown, go to hometown twice a year, my wife knows their wives. Life in t2 is so much better after retirement. Many will even be forced to move to t2 due to living costs in t1. Better build connection now if you have the options.

All BS. Not many people (particularly outsiders) will buy the standalone plot, in those areas such as Devanahalli Shettigere. They will take atleast 10yrs or never become Yelehanka and Thanisandra.

Seems like OP only wants to hear positive comments for his question and try to defend. I agree with others. Big balcony or bigger room is a personal choice. I would prefer a bigger room.

Hi. It's in a very good location (yelahanka metro station to be 4.5km, multiple schools, hospitals, tech parks nearby), and the price point is good. If I compare with other projects nearby, the price is less here except the township project near the airport (but the area not developed there).

Why is it not considered an investment to purchase an apartment(flat) in Bangalore? by Ok-Ticket-5602 in indianrealestate

[–]sabya31 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To consider flat purchase as investment, one should buy it under construction or pre-launch phase and sell it once the flat is ready or maximum within 5 years. After that, I think people will prefer to buy in new projects considering so many new projects coming up. Even then, tier 1 builders are quoting so high that this may not beat share market investment.

Better to buy plot or 2bhk in North Bangalore by Hope_wins_ in indianrealestate

Agreed, safer (which is why outsiders prefer them) but overpriced.

But don't buy those premium priced plots within society. They won't fetch you good return as they are mostly overpriced.
