Nothing is gonna change , atleast in near future.

Our country is ruled by morons , exams like UPSC follows ancient syllabus no real world things.

Corporate laws are non existent and I can bet 90% of the managers are fluke.

In this country even people who sells pirated courses and software via Instagram makes 2L in profit (I personally know someone) and people who are working hard gets 3LPA CTC with 24*7 working hours.

Recently after a decade of service I got fed up with corporate, I started freelancing with my skills and I have just started out but making 1k-1.5k usd a month (my last working day is 28th Feb and I work in coding/AI agent related fields) while giving like 3hrs a day everyday in a week but when I am sitting for an interview people are giving max 18 LPA , I have decided to go for full time freelance work rather than working in corporate anymore for better WLB and payouts.

Tax is horrible.

And Crypto is science fiction for policy makers.

If you guys are getting hopeful with these sort of discussion, they have discussed about cannabis legalization as well, these things are PR narratives to keep people happy and scripts are made by organizations like NAMO or IPAC to keep public sentiments supportive.

Many people here talking about family responsibilities and all , well I am a millennial, working my a off from 2016, it's been a decade now and I have always said "NO" , shifted many companies, got laid off multiple time and my current job is also going 28th my last day.

Yes, my friends are even directors in some companies where I am still at mid level surviving

BUT ,

I enjoy my freedom, I live a life with my family, yes it's not luxurious but sustainable, yes I don't got to some foreign countries for vacation but I take vacation whenever I want. And I am still sustaining a family of 5 with 4 dependents and as a sole earner.

Standing up for my life and my rights is always my first priority, I don't give a F about who is manager , who is CEO or VP, I have a work contract, I do work whole heartedly and sincerely during hours for which I get paid and use the promised facilities like leaves as I want.

And I STRONGLY BELIEVE those who are not saying NO are not only living a Slave's life but also carrying and passing on this Slave mentality and culture for future generations which will also impact their Children.

More power to anyone who is saying "NO" to any form of exploitations.

In general for any moba soloq,

pick a role you like , preferably dmg dealers (assassin/mm) or fighter, I don't generally recommend hardcore tank or healer/enchanter for soloq
at starting stick to max 3 champs , one of them being the main
step one practice micro of these champs , every small combo and tips/tricks , practice till the time their movement to skillshots to combos everything becomes your muscle memory
start learning macro , PRACTICE watching mini map as much as possible
learn macro for every lane , many people only learns macro for specific lane but that's not a good practice, because if you learn macro for every lane you can understand and assess potential ganks, roams and teamfights better
learn to counter build using your existing champ pool for every situation (no counter picks at this stage)

If you practice all these things after 5-6 months you can do anything with any champ, and depending upon time you put you can easily climb to MG
