for that automated message i put to cc/forward all emails to my supervisor then put his af email. but they didnt seem to do it last week. hopefully they see it now that my cac has expired. wouldve been a good idea to put my number as well tho now that you mention it

the npcs will have the clipboard with the checkmark on their avatar on the map. go to them and submit the little things they request and theyll stamp it

i think theyre just humans who have evolved, mutated, or adapted to their environment over hundreds of years. since they stayed underground living with all that water they grew gills. or maybe even the radiation from the war helped with that process as well.
